Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team in Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, applications, and hardware
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues using a tagging/global positioning framework
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for availability, productivity, quality, and service
- Participate in continuous training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in Google Applications, AS400, and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with tagging/global positioning frameworks
- Knowledge of Google Applications, AS400, and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT-related role
- Certification in ITIL or related field
