Your Day-to-Day: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing joy to our customers by solving their queries via live chat and email
* Ensuring excellent customer experience through prompt and accurate responses
* Answering customers' queries and providing reliable information to resolve their issues
* Interpreting and finetuning the customer success process and performance to drive continuous improvement
* Working alongside techies to understand IT business logic and provide technical support
