Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries, while providing support for customer complaints and finding resolutions to issues in a timely manner. You will also educate customers on our policies, procedures, and services, and document all customer interactions accurately in our internal system.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

  • Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries
  • Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on our policies, procedures, and services
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our internal system
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
