Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers on a daily basis, maintaining relationships, and ensuring complete satisfaction while achieving sales performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly face to face with customers to educate them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies in a retail store
• Utilize exceptional customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
• Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training, and onboarding process
• Assist the Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients
• Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience

Qualifications:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Entry Level Customer Service Representative who possesses the following qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
• Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
• Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
• The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
• Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Professionalism with impeccable communication skills
• Ability to work a Monday through Saturday working schedule
