Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations team, specializing in 401K account management. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering client details into our internal systems, verifying form data against system records, and resolving discrepancies efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering client details such as name, DOB, SSN, and address into internal systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Following documented procedures to compare and verify form data against system records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client data.
  • Applying problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
  • Maintaining a processing rate of at least 4 items per hour (each item averaging 10 minutes, with flexibility for complexity), ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are always running at optimal levels.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Typing Skills: A minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Entry: Experience with data entry software and systems, with a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Financial Services: Experience working in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of 401K account management and regulatory requirements.
  • Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Experienced professionals with a proven track record of success in data entry or a related field.
