Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Transaction Entry and Categorization: Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all financial data is up-to-date and organized.
  • COGS Tracking: Track basic Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) expenses, including labels, fulfillment, shipping, and other relevant costs.
  • Account Maintenance: Keep accounts organized and clean, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Payout Review: Review payouts from various eCom platforms, including Shopify, PayPal, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, to ensure that all transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Charge Flagging: Flag any unusual charges or spend activity, alerting the finance team to potential issues.
  • PO and Vendor Data Cleanup: Assist with Purchase Order (PO) and vendor data cleanup, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Regular Updates: Work 3x per week to keep financial data updated and accurate, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most current information.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online: Basic or better experience with QBO is required, as well as a strong understanding of financial data entry and management.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers is essential, as is the ability to accurately and efficiently enter and categorize financial transactions.
  • Fast and Accurate: The ability to work quickly and accurately, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Organized: A high level of organization and attention to detail is required, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to Learn: A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems is essential, as we will provide coaching and support to ensure your success.
  • Bonus: eCom Experience: Experience with Shopify or other eCom platforms is highly desirable, but not required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $3-$7 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Weekly Availability: 3-5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
