Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, ensuring efficient data entry, maintaining phone etiquette, and dispatching work orders. You'll work closely with our team of technicians to prioritize, triage, and make decisions to optimize workflow. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages

Essential Qualifications
* Proficient in English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Experience in customer support and client services

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls and manage call center operations
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
