Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Client Care Guide, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
  • Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
  • Adopting an involved approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or leaving behind drug specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is necessary
  • Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
  • Assisting with responding to client requests in regard to their protection and copays, as needed
  • Furnishing our clients with specialized help while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serving clients promptly to ensure we are expanding our relationship with them
  • Viewing every interaction as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our clients

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and online platforms
  • Ability to work in a flexible and adaptable environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and pharmaceuticals
  • Familiarity with online platforms and software, including Amazon's pharmacy platform
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
