Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our AWS IT Services Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing local and remote resources, defining customer experience strategies, and driving process improvements to reduce requests and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing local and remote resources to ensure seamless IT support for Amazon employees worldwide
• Defining customer experience strategies and owning the strategies to create that experience
• Developing and leveraging a knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
• Identifying ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement
• Setting high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
• Guiding the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations
• 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
• A Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with AWS IT Services Support or similar IT support environments
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and reducing requests
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with metrics and goal-setting to measure team success
