Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our pharmacy teams to manage patient data, prescriptions, and inventory, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience:

+ Greet patients and offer assistance with items and services, ensuring a positive patient experience. + Model and promote client support best practices with all colleagues, demonstrating a particular and cheerful experience. + Associate with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services, upholding endeavors to upgrade patient experience. + Participate and aid in events that mirror the exceptional communities we serve, as mentioned by the Head supervisor, Medical services Boss, Region Director, or Drug store Administrator.

Tasks:

+ Advise patients and answer their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical suppliers when necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and fulfillment with service is achieved. + Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management. + Review, interpret, and precisely administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility. + Ensure the pharmacy operates according to guidelines, organization arrangements, and standards, helping the pharmacy administrator with establishing methods that promote the effective work process of the pharmacy, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas. + Ensure the utilization of all components of the Honest intentions Apportioning strategy related to state and government-controlled substance regulations while filling solutions. + Maintain current knowledge of data innovation related to pharmacy frameworks, including work process, solution satisfaction, charging, clinical documentation, training, stock administration, and retail location registers to offer help to patients as well as pharmacy staff.

Individuals and Performance Management:

+ Help the Drug store Administrator with staff employing and preparing, building up the course of Drug store Supervisor in staff execution by training, and giving productive criticism, checking client support, and encouraging colleague improvement. + Advance collaboration and rouse colleagues by laying out assumptions, screens, and perceives progress, and encourages a common vision.

Training and Self-awareness:

+ Maintain current knowledge and required permitting/credentialing/confirmation as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance. + Maintain current knowledge and abilities connected with pharmacy and medical services by perusing pharmacy-related journals, organization distributions, and correspondences, keeping up with attention to advancements in retail and the executives, and seeking after accepted procedures that would improve execution. + Acquire vital affirmations, schooling credits, and preparing, including learning modules, as expected by the Organization. + Look for proficient improvement by observing one's presentation, requests for valuable criticism, and use drug store chief and head supervisor as tutor and mentor.

Essential Capabilities:

* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Degree from an authorized educational establishment.

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
  • Experience performing solution apportioning exercises that show serious areas of strength for an information on pertinent state and government-controlled substance regulations.
  • Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of recruit.

Preferred Capabilities:

* No less than 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including remedy filling and check, records and lawful consistence, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy programming and innovation frameworks, and protection.
