Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identifying the type of assistance they need
- Resolving issues on the first call by navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and providing an appropriate response to the caller
- Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
- Completing documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
- Interacting with providers to develop a relationship with them while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
- Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Prior healthcare experience

Our office is located at 2300 West Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102, and we offer 2 weeks of paid training, which will be conducted onsite.
