Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Performing other duties as assigned Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems * Experience with Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette Nice-to-Haves While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be a valuable asset in this role. Responsibilities
