Project Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be working on a project that requires 24/7 support via phone, ticket, and chat for various industries. Our workflows are well-scripted and easy to follow, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients' customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including some of the coolest brands around the world, such as Spotify, VSCO, Vimeo, and Tourism Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and ticket, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Utilize well-scripted workflows and scripts to guide customers to the right answers and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide proactive support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer software and hardware, including Windows 10 or above
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a similar role for a top-tier brand or client
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Certification in customer support or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
