NHR Prospects is one of the fastest-growing high school recruiting networks in the country. We help athletes gain exposure and connect with college coaches nationwide. We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Scout Representatives. What You’ll Do
- Connect with high school athletes seeking college opportunities
- Identify uncommitted athletes through social media and networks
- Start conversations and guide athletes through the recruiting process
- Help athletes gain exposure to college coaches
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS COACHED, HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE AND OR FORMER COLLEGE ATHLETE.**
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for sports (baseball, softball, football preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and consistent
- Former athletes, coaches, or sports parents encouraged to apply
Compensation
- Commission-based with high earning potential
- Bonuses available based on performance
