Role Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Clinical Therapist. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding access to high quality mental health care for our clients and community presenting with a range of needs, including:

• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Trauma-related conditions
• ADHD
• Autism spectrum conditions
• Relationship/family challenges
• Other behavioral/emotional challenges

This role empowers you to apply your clinical expertise conducting telehealth-based counseling services, including:

• Clinical intake assessments
• Psychotherapy
• Collaborative treatment planning with our in-house neuropsychology team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree: Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage/Family Counseling
• New York State Professional licensure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to use digital tools comfortably and openness to learning new technology
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Requirements

• Collaborate with neuropsychology to implement high-impact tailored interventions
• Deliver empirically-based psychotherapy treatment
• Identify milestones for client advancement and monitor personalized treatment plans
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary and refer patients to community resources
• Assist in making referrals to relevant healthcare providers and programs
• Participate in clinical team meetings
• Document in accordance with formal guidelines within electronic medical records (EMR)
• Assume accountability for professional growth and fulfilling licensure obligations to retain credentials by participating in relevant workshops and seminars
