Position Overview We are hiring remote traders to trade U.S. financial markets including equities and options using firm capital. You will trade from anywhere with full access to professional-grade platforms, structured risk management, and a community of experienced traders to support your growth. Location: San Antonio, TX Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge
• Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post-trade analysis
• Independent, accountable, and committed to long-term trading development
• Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus

Position Details

• 1099 contractor relationship structured around your trading performance
• Keep 65% to 90% of profits, with splits improving as you move up the firm's tiers
• Begin with up to $50,000 in firm-allocated buying power, scaling to $500,000+
• Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility — no required hours or location
• Documented bi-monthly review process for capital and tier advancement
• Additional advancement incentives and bonuses discussed during the interview
