The Role: We are looking for seasoned corporate attorneys capable of taking the wheel on complex M&A transactions. You will have the support of a dedicated team, but you must possess the technical expertise and confidence to run deals from inception to closing. Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Substantial experience in Corporate M&A, ideally gained within an Am Law or prestigious regional environment. Recent law firm experience preferred.
• Independence: Proven ability to run deals independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in a growing environment and enjoy the "work hard, play hard" mentality of a boutique where your contribution is directly visible.
• Geographic Focus: Experience in the Mid-Atlantic and Florida markets is highly preferred.
