About the Role
This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll work directly with clients who have requested information, helping them understand their benefit options and guiding them through the process. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
- Schedule and conduct benefit overview appointments
- Educate clients on available products and coverage options
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Build long-term client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and development
