Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Lead in the rug division, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating quotes for custom rugs, fabric, and accessory orders, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery
- Inputting new custom orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless order fulfillment
- Developing and nurturing deep relationships with our showroom partners, providing exceptional support and guidance to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Serving as the point of contact for all questions and concerns related to rug measures, installations, and templates, providing expert advice and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reviewing and approving all rug images prior to shipping from our mill, ensuring consistency and quality in our products
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury home goods or textiles industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, showroom partners, and customers
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in inputting and managing custom orders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Knowledge of rug measures, installations, and templates, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Preferred Qualifications
