Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact in our call center, answering incoming calls from customers and Service Providers.
  • You'll respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and professional responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Assist Service Providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Help customers and Service Providers troubleshoot software issues, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Detailed and thorough in your work, with a focus on tracking progress on your tasks and ensuring accuracy.
  • Self-managing and able to work with little to no supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • Ready and willing to take on interesting and uncommon customer service issues, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to work with applications you haven't seen before and troubleshoot common computer issues.
  • Professional, efficient, consistent, and honest in your interactions with coworkers and yourself, upholding the highest standards of integrity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms.
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
  • Experience with troubleshooting software malfunctions and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of coworkers, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and Service Providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses.

  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and resolve technical issues.
