Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling virtual meetings to discuss their options
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution for their family's well-being
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to their needs
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits and services

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
  • Ability to think like an entrepreneur, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex benefit plans and insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other technology tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry
  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and insurance solutions
  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
