Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated freelancers to join our team as Outreach Specialists, responsible for reaching out to arenaflex hosts and offering them our comprehensive 24/7 customer service, tech support, and marketing solutions. As an Outreach Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, building relationships with hosts, resolving their technical issues, and helping them optimize their listings for maximum bookings and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and Identify Arenaflex Hosts: Utilize your research skills to identify arenaflex hosts who may benefit from our services, analyzing their listing performance, guest reviews, and other key metrics. - Contact Arenaflex Hosts: Reach out to arenaflex hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings and clearly communicating the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing strategies. - Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with hosts through follow-up communications, providing answers to their initial questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. - Track Outreach Efforts: Utilize CRM tools or spreadsheets to keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads, ensuring that you meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets. - Meet Weekly Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly outreach and lead generation targets, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Outreach: Possess experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space. - Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical services and marketing strategies in an easy-to-understand manner. - CRM Tool Experience: Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required. - Self-Motivated and Organized: Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results. - Familiarity with Airbnb Hosting: Familiarity with Airbnb hosting, vacation rentals, or the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not required.
