Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Technical Support Representative to join our team on a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule, from 4 pm to 12 am EST. As a technical support expert, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers using arenaflex's digital solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing live and non-live support for a variety of digital solutions offered by arenaflex, ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance.
- Utilizing administrative tools to analyze technical issues reported by customers, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported issues related to system requirements of arenaflex's digital solutions, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Identifying issues that require further software development and forwarding them to the relevant groups, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.
- Communicating customer feature requests to the relevant teams, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
- Detailing customer interactions accurately using a ticketing system, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
- Providing clear and accurate written and verbal directions to customers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized self-starter with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite; understanding of Apple operating systems is preferred.
- Understanding of major browsers and mobile devices, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting computer-related problems, demonstrating a logical and methodical approach.
- Proficiency in keyboarding, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
