Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided and being ready to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Participating in online or in-person discussions
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
