Scope of Work:

As a freelancer for this project, you will be responsible for reviewing a comprehensive 96-page PDF report that includes detailed site assessments for all district campuses. Your primary task will be to:

• Review the report, beginning on page 46, which contains tables of identified facility needs followed by site-specific narratives.
• Enter the data from these tables into our provided Excel (.xls) template, ensuring correct formatting and interpretation of columns (note: column names differ slightly, but intent is clear).
• Supplement the Excel by scanning the rest of the report for additional needs or notes that may not be listed in the initial tables.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze the 96-page PDF report to extract facility needs data.

• Enter data into our provided Excel template, ensuring accurate formatting and interpretation of columns.
• Identify and capture additional needs or notes not listed in the initial tables.
• Deliver a completed Excel file populated with all facility needs, structured in our required format, ready for upload to our system.

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to interpret and structure unformatted or semi-structured data from documents into spreadsheet form.
• Familiarity with facility-related terms (helpful but not required).
• Ability to work independently, ask questions when unclear, and deliver clean, structured data.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with templates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
