Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Digital Media and Advertising Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. You'll also be responsible for designing and executing the operational components of our advertising efforts, including pre-sale direction, media planning, campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of data entry specialists in supporting sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing

• Design and execute the operational components of our advertising efforts, including pre-sale direction, media planning, campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and sales representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and support
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
• Develop and maintain internal documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry and campaign management processes
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital media and advertising, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our operations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as digital media and advertising, sales, or marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a team of data entry specialists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and sales representatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and develop strategies to optimize campaign performance
• Proficiency in data entry and campaign management software, such as Google Ads and DV360
• Strong knowledge of digital media and advertising, including video, automatic, and CTV advertising
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

• 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as digital media and advertising, sales, or marketing
• Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of digital media and advertising, including video, automatic, and CTV advertising
