Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving product and service issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product and service issues in a timely and effective manner
- Enter orders and data accurately and efficiently
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily objectives
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Computer proficiency, including experience with email and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to commute daily to Teaneck, NJ
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish/English bilingual or proficiency in a second language
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Knowledge of the dairy and food distribution industry
- Experience with order entry and data management systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
