Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
- Maintain an above-average attendance record and adhere to established standard operating procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Provide support to medical staff, veterans, and the elderly, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services, providing accurate information to clients as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of call center experience required; experience in a medical or healthcare setting a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to work without direct supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
