Job Summary

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our guests and vendors through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your expertise in Guesty and Operto Teams will be invaluable in streamlining our operations and enhancing our services.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

+ Provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values + Leverage AI, specifically ChatGPT, to create personalized and engaging guest experiences + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional service and support + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms

Company Tasks

+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with business financials and accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems + Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

* Language Skills: Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Guesty and Operto Teams, with experience in leveraging AI for guest messaging
  • Availability: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-11p CST)
  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and reliably, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field

  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Certifications: Certifications in customer service, hospitality, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
