Key Responsibilities
As a Benefits Customer Service Specialist/Benefits Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and a friendly demeanor
- Guiding customers through their options, ensuring they're fully informed about every detail and making the best choices
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal and customer-facing support documentation
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
