Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Phones Team as a Remote Phone Support Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and requests. You'll also be part of a collaborative team that works together to resolve complex issues, share best practices, and continuously improve our customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to arenaflex's established policies and procedures
  • Answer basic product questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Direct unresolved issues to the designated resource(s) for further assistance
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints on arenaflex's Admin system
  • Attend a weekly Customer Service department meeting to stay informed about company updates, share best practices, and collaborate with team members
  • Collaborate with arenaflex team members to resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance the Customer Service Department

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during escalated situations, with a focus on resolving issues in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Ability to make independent and thorough decisions, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely, both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Stable internet connection and hardwire connection, with a dedicated workspace that minimizes distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Product knowledge or experience working in a related industry (e.g., customer service, sales, marketing)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow in this role
  • Experience working in a remote-based environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
