Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the frontline representative and image of arenaflex, handling a variety of tasks that will increase in complexity as your skills progress. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities with a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service
• 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues
• Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
• A quiet space within your home, free of distractions, to take incoming calls
• Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex
