Job Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, managing order processes, and providing support to our customer-facing team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience in the mortgage industry. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply it to client needs. - Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
