The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to arenaflex's clients via phone, chat, and ticket. You'll be the go-to expert for customers, helping them navigate our clients' products and services, and resolving any concerns they may have. Your super skills, positive attitude, and great vibe will make you a valuable asset to our team and a trusted partner to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and ticket, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues

  • Utilize well-scripted workflows and easy-to-follow scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency in your support interactions
  • Collaborate with our Shared Team to resolve complex customer issues and provide expert guidance on our clients' products and services
  • Work closely with our clients' teams to understand their products and services, and provide tailored support to their customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services, and to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

* A well-organized and multitasking individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • A PC with a working headset and a quiet place to take calls (no Apple devices allowed)
  • An extensive resource site to research issues and provide minor troubleshooting
  • The ability to follow workflows and scripts, and to adapt to new processes and procedures
  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Chromebooks not accepted)
  • A quality headset and a quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone

Workspace Requirements

* A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Chromebooks not accepted)

  • A quality headset and a quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to take calls

Commitment

* 20 hours per week, with at least one weekend shift required

  • 90 days (as needed)

* Vary by client and are not negotiable

  • Rates will be disclosed during the interview process
  • Individual base pay or rate depends on various factors, including primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job or contract duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills
