Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to ensure seamless communication with clients
• Managing incoming calls, chats, and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and data entry in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Supporting the processing of orders and following up on delivery schedules to ensure timely resolution of client issues
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues and provide a unified customer experience
• Providing multilingual support to cater to a diverse client base when necessary, ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity
• Handling administrative tasks related to sales operations, including filing and documentation, to maintain a organized and efficient work environment

Skills and Qualifications
