Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Sales Analytics team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights to account directors. You will work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
• Design and implement data collection processes to ensure data quality and integrity
• Support account directors in meeting their needs and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
• Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to inform business strategies at all levels of management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, data analysis, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field

• Experience in the airline industry or a related field
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
