Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry/Mail Room Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions by performing a range of tasks related to data entry, mail handling, and record-keeping. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Data Entry

  • Data Input: Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems accurately, ensuring data integrity and correctness by cross-referencing information and checking for errors.
  • Data Management: Organize and categorize data to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis, perform routine data backups, and ensure data security protocols are followed.

  • Mail Handling: Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing items for shipment, manage email correspondence, including reading, responding to, and forwarding messages as needed.
