About the Role

As a Visual Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Space Planning, and Store Operations, to create immersive in-store experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Partner Chief to develop and implement visual marketing strategies that align with business objectives

• Manage the execution and execution of in-store visual marketing initiatives, including visual displays, signage, and lighting
• Oversee large or complex projects, including cross-functional teams from initiation to store delivery
• Utilize space planning and visual marketing techniques to operationalize displays and presentations
• Support the development of Visual Marketing tools, assets, and onboarding guides at Work space and Field
• Ideal candidates will be able to lead through ambiguity, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and promote Walmart Visual as a core capability

What You'll Achieve:

* Utilize data and insights to modify the in-store experience and impact show partners (Dealers, Plan, and RBX)

• Collaborate with Work space partners to achieve visual marketing functional goals by planning cross-functional cycles
• Advance and execute sales floor layout rules to support Traders and Arranging
• Drive quarterly execution needs, alternate courses of action, and advertising drives by working on displays and in-store execution
• Co-lead in-store Visual Marketing training sessions with Visual Tasks Administrators to drive quarterly objectives and establish schedules across clothing, home, and seasonal hardlines

Essential Qualifications:

* 4-year degree in Visual Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of experience in Work space Visual Marketing
• 2+ years of in-store retail experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, build skills, and develop diverse and inclusive teams
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and assembling interaction and arrangements when not defined
• Strong, quick, and careful critical thinking abilities within fast-paced conditions
• Have strong association and prioritization abilities while remaining agile and calm under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Preferred experience in Adobe Creative

Favored Qualifications:

* Experience with Large Box Retailer and/or more

• Driving cross-functional teams
• Managing visual marketing projects
• Marketing, advertising, or related field
• Print creation
• Visual marketing or related creative field
