Join Our Dynamic Customer Support Team

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of arenaflex, guiding, teaching, and supporting our customers in using our innovative platform. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Quick to learn and comfortable using a variety of tools, including but not limited to: Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, & Google Workspace

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email
  • Understand and identify customer needs, guiding them through specific features and functionalities
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records
  • Share updates about new features, improvements, or processes with customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Previous experience at a SaaS company or within a fast-growing startup
  • Knowledge of Medical Insurance Terminology
