Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering and updating information in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball
• Transmitting documents and verifying information for accuracy and completeness
• Operating standard office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, and calculators
• Following company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Building positive working relationships and collaborating with team members
• Maintaining a professional appearance and upholding arenaflex's standards of quality and service
• Handling and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
• Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and computer databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus!)
