Key Responsibilities
As a Fully Remote Customer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Assisting customers with orders, accounts, services, and products, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
- Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
