Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Services Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving client success and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Outreach: Identify and connect with prospective clients through various outreach methods, including phone and video consultations.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and concerns, and provide tailored recommendations designed to meet their needs.
  • Solution Presentation: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our available planning solutions and services, and guide interested clients through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, and foster long-term relationships with existing clients to provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed established activity and performance targets, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using provided systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends through comprehensive training and ongoing professional development resources.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including strong consultation and active listening skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently, with a drive to achieve measurable results.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable utilizing technology, including CRM software, video conferencing, and standard office applications.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, consulting, client relations, or business development is beneficial, but not required.
