About Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in expanding our contact center support and working directly with customers. You'll require significant time on the phone, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we need someone who can provide accurate and helpful information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
How You'll Make a Difference Day to Day
* Answer inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance.
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment.
- Polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
- Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed.
- Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor.
- Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
- Maintains professional and respectful behavior when addressing the concerns of irate or frustrated clients.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup.
