As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months Customer service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
