Key Responsibilities

As a Jr Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service operations, providing timely and effective assistance to customers through live chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims
  • Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently
  • Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

  • Location: This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States
  • Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote

  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (although not required, it's a plus!)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP))
