Job Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a wide range of clients and projects. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing customers with quality product and services. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job paid training, and while prior contact center experience is not required, experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly contests to earn cash bonuses and prizes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior contact center experience

  • Experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
