The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in transforming raw reports into structured, actionable files that support strategic decisions. You'll work closely with our team to gather data from various reports and documents, organize and enter information into spreadsheets or internal systems with accuracy, and ensure consistency and integrity of the information you work with. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in identifying any inconsistencies or gaps in the data and flagging them for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and integrity of the information you work with
• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and improve workflows
• Proactively identify any inconsistencies or gaps in the data and flag them for resolution

What Will Make You Successful:

* Advanced English communication skills – both written and verbal (C1 Level)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience working in remote teams or multicultural environments
• Fast learner with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to new tools
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude is a must!
