Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer questions regarding customer warranties
  • Providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Resolving customer conflicts and finding solutions to complex issues
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Positive emotional resilience and ability to maintain an optimistic attitude in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices

  • Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
