Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need: - 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills to provide exceptional customer service and support - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team to achieve common goals and objectives - Proficiency in live chat software and technology to provide seamless customer support - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Available Shifts and Compensation

Available shifts are all days except Sundays, and compensation is $35.00 - $50.00/hour. We're committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your skills and experience.
