Schedule and Earnings

As a contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you within our contract shift window. Your earnings will vary based on client requirements, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics.

Contractual Relationship

As a contractor with arenaflex, you will be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you will not be eligible for employee benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, or health insurance.
